Tramerica Le
Tramerica Le is the Founder and Managing Partner of Trade Embassy. Tramerica brings her over 10-year experience as an Intellectual Property Enforcement Consultant protecting the world-renowned trademarks and IP rights for International IP holders, establishing the opening and general management of the Vietnam Branch for an International IP Consulting Firm. In her role as Patent Specialist, she assisted with prosecution of worldwide patent portfolio for the world’s leading Cancer Research Institute and the world leader in Wireless Communications based in San Diego.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, and as an Export Facilitator certified by the San Diego World Trade Center and the United States Department of Commerce, Tramerica appointed to a delegation that strengthened business ties between the United States and Vietnam.
Tramerica received her Bachelors Degree in Business English from the University of Education and her Masters Degree in Global Business Leadership from the University of San Diego School of Business Administration. She also holds professional paralegal certifications, approved by the American Bar Association and specialized in Intellectual Property and Business Law from the University of San Diego.
Doug Spencer
Doug brings over 20 years of technology industry experience, with numerous successful corporate turnarounds and startups. He’s established several offshore operations for Fortune 500 and smaller clients, achieving massive cost savings and improving time to market. As an international business development executive, he’s taught strategic selling concepts and best business practices to sales executives in several developing economies.
Having lived for several years in Europe, Doug knows first-hand how to integrate with local business cultures. As Vice President of Development at BakBone Software Doug introduced offshore engineering and quality assurance teams in India, Vietnam and Russia, resulting in dramatically improved product quality and customer satisfaction. These improvements led to winning the 2006 Diogenes Labs & Storage Magazine Quality Award and being named Sun Partner of the Year in 2006. He’s led organizations with direct reports in as many as 6 countries. Prior to BakBone Doug was the founder of an international technology operations & consulting firm.
Doug holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration from the Manderson School of Business at the University of Alabama.
